VINCENT KISH Obituary

Nov 11, 1941 - Jan 11, 2013 OKLAHOMA CITY Vincent Kish, age 71, was born in Detroit, MI to Vincent J. & Julie Kish. Vincent was a founding member of St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church in Norman, and served as a 4th degree Knights of Columbus. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force with 21 years of dedicated service. Following his military service, he retired from the State of Oklahoma and General Electric as a Bio-Medical Technician. His first love was spending time with his family. Vincent is survived by his wife of 45 years, Marilyn Kish; daughter, Stephanie Packebush & husband Bryan; one son, Christopher Kish & wife Carrie; five grandchildren, Shanda, Taylor, Megan, Matthew and Simon; and one sister, Cynthia Mazurek. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Rosary will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday, January 13, 2013, at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, January 14, 2013, at St. Mark the Evangelist Catholic Church, with Father Tom Boyer officiating. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home, Moore, OK.

Marily & kids,

Our heart goes out to you with the lost of Vince. If I could only be half the man Vince was I would die a happy person. Vince did so much for the community, he will be missed. What a man that walked the walk talked about God. What an inspiration to all that were associated with Vince, he will be missed dearly. We love you and know that we are here for you anytime day or night. May he rest in Peace...his work here is finished
