EDWARD HALL

"Ed"Dec. 21, 1926 - Dec. 5, 2012 OKLAHOMA CITY Ed was born in Shawnee, OK to Herbert H. "Curly" Hall and Bertha, but lived most of his life in the Oklahoma City area. He lived by working as a mason, mechanic, and construction equipment service manager. But his best work was as a faithful servant of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Ed began his service in 1965 at the Will Rogers Field Church of the Nazarene. He continued with that church and its successor, Woodson Park Church of the Nazarene until his passing where he made and kept many friends. Ed considered his two sons to be the lights of his life and his grand kids and great grand kids to be the joys of his life. He is preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Marie Swanson and two brothers, Thomas Hall and Robert Hall, Sr. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Ruth Evelyn Hall nee Charlton originally of Cogar near Minco, OK; two sons, Edward Alan Hall and Richard Wayne Hall and wife Jan and a near daughter, Gayle Jean Thompson; three sisters, Margaret Hopper, Mary Graves and Audrey Allen; three brothers, Bill, John and Albert; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services are under the direction of Huber-Reynolds Funeral Home of Minco and are set for 12:00 PM Saturday, December 8th, at the Mustang Church of the Nazarene, 700 East State Hwy 152, Mustang, OK with interment to follow at Hazel Dell Cemetery NW of Minco.
