Nov. 13, 1951 - Sept. 29, 2012 CHOCTAW Albert "Bert" L. Travis passed away, September 29, 2012 at the age of 60. He was born November 13, 1951 in San Francisco, California to James William and Anna Mae Travis. Lives were touched by his trustworthiness, strong character and humor. He was a dependable husband, father, brother and friend. Bert enjoyed fishing hunting and playing pool. He leaves behind to mourn his loss his wife, Jolaine; sons, Joseph, Tony; daughter, Nikki; twin brother, Al and wife Kathy; brother, Gary Travis and wife Lisa; sisters, Dorothy "Dottie" Harvey, Patty Galyardt and husband Charles "Chuck". Preceded in death by his parents; brother, Sonny Travis; sister, Geannie Sanders. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at the family home on Friday, October 5, 2012 please join them any time after 1:00.
