Dec 15, 1936 - July 15, 2012 NORMAN Arley was born in Salisbury, MD to Arlie and Mary Virginia Dennis. Arley departed this world, surrounded by loved ones, on Sunday July 15, 2012. He was raised in Hebron, MD, where he graduated from Hebron High School. He was a member of the Wicomico Volunteer Fire Department and joined the Air Force in 1959, where he served at Fort Hood, Texas, until his discharge in 1965. He began his distinguished career at Tinker Air Force Base on March 7, 1966, and retired as a Propulsion Division Supervisor August 25, 2000, after 34 years of federal service. On the 21st of August 1990, he married Caren Beal, and they were the loves of each other's lives. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Arlie and Mary Virginia Dennis; nephew, Michael Hastings; and mother-in-law, Betty Durham.Arley is survived by his wife, Caren Dennis, of the home; son, Bobby Dennis, of the home; daughter, Patti Dennis of OKC; sister and brother-in-law, Diane and Billy Hastings of Laurel, DE; brother-in-law, Doug Durham of OKC; nephews: David Hastings of Seaford, DE; and Josh Durham of OKC. Arley leaves behind many wonderful relatives and friends who will miss him very deeply. Arley was a loving, kind and generous man, who always had time for anyone who needed him.
