June 11, 1936 - May 10, 2012 OKLAHOMA CITY Charles "Pete" Rector, born June 11, 1936, to Charles and Alma Rector in Fredrick, OK, passed away May 10, 2012. Pete was the seventh of eleven children. He was a graduate of Frederick High School. Pete proudly served in the U.S. Navy and was a retired Teamster. Pete is survived by his wife of 54 years, Charlene (Keller) Rector; daughter, Marta Henson & husband Chuck; two sons, Charles Rector & partner Tony Webb, and Robert "Tinker" Rector; and granddaughter, Ashley Adams. He was preceded in death by his parents; four brothers; and two sisters. Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, May 14, 2012, at John M. Ireland Funeral Home Chapel, 120 South Broadway, Moore, OK. Interment to follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home.
