September 19, 1954 - June 23, 2012 OKLAHOMA CITY Cheri Rene Otter, 57, died June 23, 2012 in Oklahoma City. She was born Sept. 19, 1954 in Oklahoma City, the daughter of William M. and Pearl (Shoop) Otter. Cheri was a proofreader for Adfitech for 13 years. She was an avid reader. She was preceded in death by her father and niece, Tama Smith. Survivors include her mother, Pearl of Bethany; sister, Tina Rhinehart and husband Chuck of Kansas City, MO; nieces and nephews, Nicole Pearl, Cara Taylor and husband Nathan, Fara Rhinehart, Jake Rhinehart and wife Ramonica, Kyle Rhinehart; and numerous friends.
