EVELYN DIBLER Obituary
March 19, 1939 - Oct 23, 2013 OKLAHOMA CITY Evelyn "Sue" Dibler, our beloved wife, mom, and grandma, entered the gates of heaven October 23, 2013. She was born March 19, 1939, to Frank and Della Gunter. Sue was a devoted homemaker, who enjoyed sewing for her children and grandchildren, as well as making ceramics and other crafts. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, James; grandson, Blake; great-grandson, Gavin; brother, James; and sisters, Ruby, Elsie, Annabelle, Ruth, and Lillie. Sue is survived by her husband of 60 years, J.B.; her children and grandchildren, Lonnie and wife Carrie (Deno, Jami, and Dawndi), Kathy Alvarado and husband Gene (Joshua, Chris, James, Andrea, Jeremy, and Jeffrey), Brenda Dibler, Gloria Teague and husband Art (Genni, Genee, Greg, and Gerika), Glenda Wall and Juan (Brent, Zachary, and Meleigha), Gayla Lane and husband Danny (Danielle, Melissa, Boy, and Matthew), Gemmi Higgins and husband Alan (Mekyla, Kaleb, and McKynzi); 46 great-grandchildren; sister, Zelpha; brothers, Jimmy, Raymond, Wayne, and Richard; and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank St. Anthony Hospital and Frontier Hospice for their loving care. The Dibler Family will receive friends 5-7 p.m. Monday, October 28, 2013, at the John M. Ireland Funeral Home in Moore. Funeral Services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 29, 2013, at the Portland Ave. Pentecostal Holiness Church, 3636 S.W. 39th, OKC, Interment to follow at Sunny Lane Cemetery, Del City, OK. Services are under the direction of the John M. Ireland Funeral Home.
