July 14, 1928 - Aug 6, 2012 OKLAHOMA CITY John Evan Vance Sr., 84, passed away on Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, in Oklahoma City. Per John's request, his body will be cremated. He was preceded in death by wife, Shirley; daughter, Marianne; and son, Donald. He is survived by his children, John Vance Jr., Susan Vance-Booker, and Alan Vance, all of Oklahoma; several grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other family members.
