June 9, 1940 - April 11, 2012 EDMOND Nancy June Banks born in Taylorville, Ill., June 9, 1940, to the late Milo and Nancy (Reneau) Banks. Nancy at the age of 71, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 11, 2012, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Nancy graduated from Beloit Memorial High School in 1958, Clark College in Atlanta GA, in 1962. Nancy retired from the State of Oklahoma after 20 plus years of service in 2005.Nancy was an active USBC bowler, active member of AKA Sorority and member of Quayle United Methodist Church. She leaves son Darrell, (Michele), Oklahoma City, OK; brother Robert Banks, Madison WI; sister Judy Rhodes, Oklahoma City, OK; nephew Anthony (Pasty) Scott, Oklahoma City, OK; niece Carla (Vincent) Phillips, Atlanta, GA; granddaughter Jasmine Banks, Oklahoma City, OK; and many cousins.Memorial Services will be held at Quayle United Methodist Church at 5001 N. Everest, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73111, on Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to family.
