Dec. 1, 1954 - Sept. 27, 2012 MOORE Pamela Jo (Garcia, Farris) Cook, was born December 1, 1954 in Oklahoma City, OK. She entered eternal rest September 27, 2012. She attended Crooked Oak Schools. She loved to play bingo, going to the movies, and spending time with her family. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, Manuel and Betty Garcia; sisters, Sandra Fannon and Cynthia VanCuren. She is survived by her husband, Terry S. Cook; sister, Gloria Bastin; five children, Donald Edwards Jr., Francis Farris Jr., Shelly Farris, Rocky Farris, Lisa Barraza; and 15 grandchildren. Funeral services for Pamela will be held in the Candlewood Chapel at Ford Funeral Service at 2pm, Thursday, October 4, 2012.
