Tarr, Jr. Aug 19, 1963 - July 19, 2012 SHAWNEE Robert K. Tarr Jr. was born Aug. 19, 1963, and passed away peacefully at his home in Shawnee on July 19, 2012. Robert was affectionately known as Bobby to all who knew and loved him. Bobby graduated from Midwest City High School in 1982 and attended college at SWOSU in Weatherford, OK. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kent & Vera Tarr of MWC, and George & Odessa Chapman of Tuttle; and his brother-in-life, Jim Woods. He is survived by his parents, Robert K. Tarr Sr. of MWC, Sallie Tarr of Shawnee; and loving stepmother, Peggy Tarr of MWC. Bobby was the beloved brother of Jeff & Paula Tarr of OKC, Kathy & Rick Cowan of Tecumseh, and Glenn & Sarah Hall of Tulsa. He was a devoted uncle to Dylan Cowan and Jayme Cowan. Bobby is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and countless friends. At Bobby's request, there will be no funeral services.
