HudsonAug 10, 1921 - June 15, 2012 OKLAHOMA CITY Rosemarie (Morrison) Hudson, 90, of Oklahoma City, passed away June 15, 2012, following a brief illness. Rosemarie was born to Dr. Edward and Lillian (Lewis) Morrison in Taft, OK. She graduated from high school and attended Kansas City General Hospital School of Nursing, where she earned a Nursing Diploma. She married William B. Hudson, who preceded her in death. Rose worked as a school nurse in the Oklahoma City Public School system for over 25 years. She was an avid Master Gardener and loved sharing her quilting talents with family and friends. Rose was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, David and Archie (Sonny); and three sisters, Willie Edna, Edwina and Lectra Lee. She is survived by son, William Christopher and his wife Jill; granddaughter, Madison Schmakel; grandsons, William Dexter and Evan Christopher Hudson; niece, Rosemarie James; and many other nieces, nephews and extended family. Visitation will be held at McKay-Davis Funeral Home June 19, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Funeral service will be at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church on June 20, 10 a.m. Burial will follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens.
