Dec 14, 1939 - Sept 19, 2012 OKLAHOMA CITY Wilma, 72, was called to be with the Lord on Sept. 19, 2012. The daughter of Theron and Alma Woods, Wilma was born Dec. 14, 1939, in Oklahoma City. A lifelong resident of OKC, Wilma was a 1957 graduate of Capitol Hill H.S. and attended Lambeth United Methodist Church. She worked as a lab technician for the FAA for over 30 years before her retirement. A loving wife, devoted mother and doting grandmother, Wilma will be deeply missed. Preceded in death by her parents and husband, Frederick D. Fairman; Wilma leaves behind her daughter, Robin Williamson, of San Antonio, TX; son, Ronald Allen Ruyle & wife Bobbie Jo, of OKC; granddaughter, Rachel Ruyle, of OKC; brother, Richard Woods, of OKC; and many other loving family and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Kidney Fund (www.kidneyfund.org). Viewing will be at Vondel Smith Mortuary South Lakes 12-8 p.m. Sunday and 4-8 p.m. Monday, with the family greeting friends 3-5 p.m. Sunday.
