Jan. 2, 1927 - Sept. 20, 2012 EDMOND Curtis "Doc" J. Berryhill, 85, passed away Sept. 20, 2012 in OKC, OK. He was born on Jan. 2, 1927 in Hugo, OK to Curtis Odell and Julia (Davis) Berryhill. Curtis served his country in the US Air Force as an Air Force Cadet and later worked for 3M. He was a member of Oak Tree Golf Club and a member of First Presbyterian Church in Edmond. He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister and two brothers. Doc is survived by his wife, Margaret (Peggy) Spies Berryhill; children, Lynda Schuman and husband Bill, Leslie Berryhill, Don and wife Rachel Berryhill, Rob Spies and wife Karen, Lisa McKinney and husband Ryan and Kris Tanji and husband Ken; 13 granddaughters; four grandsons; 2 great grandsons; 2 great-granddaughters; and brother, Charles Berryhill. Formal visitation for Curtis will be from 3pm-5pm at Baggerley Funeral Home, Friday, Sept. 28th. Memorial service Saturday, Sept. 29, at 11:30am at First Presbyterian Church in Edmond. The family would like to thank Crossroads Hospice for their care and support during this time.
