I have a plexiglass shadowbox made by Professor Lafon, dated 1988. I have traveled far and wide and his collage has always held a precious spot in my home. I wanted to reach out, so you know how his work is appreciated.

Mr. Lafon was my painting teacher in Ada, Ok. I always considered him a gentle giant. Today I can even remember one of his teacher critique.

His work influenced me greatly and their was this one peice that featured
a biplane with lips in lieu of a propeller.

Obviously the past days have moved into my memory vault but cherished.
