Jan 14, 1937 - Dec 18, 2012 OKLAHOMA CITY Glen Arnold Willhoite was born on Jan. 14, 1937, in Bakersfield, CA to Samuel Arnold & Ramona Irene (Couch) Willhoite. He passed peacefully from this life on Dec. 18, 2012, in Mercy Hospital, with his wife, Nancy, and son, Phillip, by his side. He was preceded in death by his parents; and oldest son, Gary Glen. Glen is survived by his loving wife of almost 58 years, Nancy Jane; his wonderful youngest son, Phillip Lynn; many friends, whom he loved so very much; and his precious dogs, Katie Belle, Krissie and Kandie. He graduated from Midwest City High School and Central State College, now UCO, with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Glen also graduated from Dale Carnegie School and had been in Toastmasters. He was a cook for Mobile Meals and a greeter at church. Glen loved gardening, painting, reading, and music. He and Nancy were involved in Pet Therapy with Katie Belle, their little black, 7-lb poodle, at Integris Baptist Medical Center. Glen was a wonderful, kind, Christian man and a loving husband and father, who will be missed so very, very much. We will honor Glen's life at The Anglican Church of the Holy Cross, 10509 N. Council Rd., OKC, OK, at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery, 13313 N. Kelley Ave., OKC, OK.
