Sr. "Curley"Nov 19, 1946 - Oct 19, 2013 WAURIKA Harold "Curley" Walker, of Waurika, OK, born Nov. 19, 1946, in Snyder, TX to Syon Beason and Elsie Evelyn (Derby) Walker, passed on Oct. 19, 2013, in Lawton, OK. He served in the United States Army in the 21st Inf. 196th Inf. during Vietnam and received the Purple Heart. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Terry Walker; brothers-in-law, Wylie Grubbs, Leslie Clark, and Joe Causey. He is survived by one son, James Walker Jr., of Oklahoma City; one daughter, Stephanie McIntosh, of Poteau, OK; two grandsons and one granddaughter; five sisters: Winona Grubbs, Phyllis Causey, Deanna Clark, Zelia Brown, all of Connerville, OK; and Dorothy Lewis, of Booneville, AR; two brothers: Leslie Walker, of Waurika, OK; and Kellos Walker, of Ada, OK; brothers-in-law: Carl "Bud" Brown, of Connerville, OK; and Gerie Lewis, of Booneville, AR; and many nieces, nephews, and friends. Memorial Graveside Services will be held on Nov. 9, 2013, in Connerville, OK at the Connerville Cemetery.
