May 25, 1923 - February 12, 2013 MIDWEST CITY Hazel Beulah (Griffith) Crane, 89, of Midwest City, passed away in Bremerton, WA on February 12, 2013. Hazel was born on May 25, 1923 in Kanopolis, KS to Truman Attle and Iva Matilda Griffith. Growing up in Calumet, OK, Hazel met, Earl Miller. In 1942, Hazel married Earl and had two children: daughter, Karen Sue (who died as a toddler) and son, Richard Wheelis. Earl later died in WWII. On August 10, 1945, Hazel married Aubrey H.C. Crane. Hazel worked for 20 yrs Bone and Joint Hospital. Hazel's Bridal Boutique in 1970-2006. Hazel is preceded in death by her husband Aubrey; her parents; and five siblings. Survived by daughters, Cheryl Jean O'Shields, FL, Donna Gayle Peterman-Altig, WA, and Mary Alliene Martin, MWC, OK; son, Richard Wheelis; 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. Services for Hazel will be held in Midwest City, OK. at MWBCC at 2pm SAT., Feb. 23, 2013.
