March 6, 1938 - January 20, 2014 EDMOND Jerry L. Treloar, 75, of Edmond, Oklahoma, passed away at his home 20 January, 2014. He was born in Mason City, Iowa and grew up in the farming community of Nora Springs, Iowa. He served 26 years in the United States Air Force, with a large portion of his career as a C-141 Flight Engineer, retiring in 1983 at the rank of Master Sergeant. He was a lifetime member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, Masonic Lodge, Order of Eastern Star, Scottish Rite, Disabled American Veterans, and 57th Flying Alumni Association. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Deloris; his three daughters, Misty Humphryes and husband Shane, Texas, Robin Manning and husband Eddie, Headrick, Oklahoma, Felicia Kruse and husband Ron, Edmond, Oklahoma; five grandsons, Shane Howard, Austin Flores, Kristofer Kruse, Kolby Kruse, Shawn Manning and great grandchildren; sisters, Carolyn Moore, Mason City, Iowa, Arlene Dodd, Washburn, Iowa, Joetta Kelley, Evansdale, Iowa and several nephews and nieces; his step-father, Frank Altman, Cedar Falls, Iowa; and mother-in-law, Thelma Klemensen, Mason City, Iowa. He was preceded in death by his father, Ralph Treloar, and mother, Evelyn Treloar Altman. Services and burial will be held at 11:00AM on Monday, January 27, 2014, at Fort Sill National Cemetery, Elgin, OK under the direction of Crawford Family Funeral Service, Edmond.
