Nov. 23, 1926 - Jan. 27, 2013 STRATFORD Served in the Occupation of Japan. Served in Korea with the 45th. He boxed in the Army. Graduated from Norman High School, attended Cameron College, received a Bachelor's Degree from East Central University. He played football and ran track. He boxed with the Golden Gloves. He received a Master's Degree from Oklahoma University in Education. He taught and coached football and track at Blanchard, Oklahoma and Putnam City. He retired after 27 years. After retiring, he raised cattle in Stratford, Oklahoma. As 1/2 Chickasaw Indian, he served on the Tribal Legislature. He and his wife, Kay have two sons, Kenny and Keith. They have one granddaughter, Kathy.
