Feb 24, 1932 - Jan 16, 2013 OKLAHOMA CITY Thelma Jean (Smith) Bolton, 80, stepped over into the arms of her Heavenly Father on January 16, 2013. Born February 24, 1932, in Praco, Alabama, Thelma was a loving, devoted wife, mother and grandmother who actively supported husband Bob in God's ministry. To those who knew her, she was a remarkable, spiritually strong woman, never wavering in her faith, showing all the true meaning of servitude and grace. Preceding her in death were parents, Tom & Elsie Smith; sister, Beverly Carr; and brother, Clark Smith. Survivors include husband, Robert L. Bolton; children, Becky Thompson & husband Don, Bobby Bolton & wife Debbie, JD Bolton & wife Teresa; eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; brother, Lamar Smith; sisters, Roberta Hoover, Ernestine Strutz, Sharon Hayden. A private memorial service will be held January 26th at the Mustang Church of the Nazarene. The family requests that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Integris Hospice House, OKC.
