July 1, 1944 - March 19, 2013 NORMAN Wendell Troy Peck went to be with his Savior March 19, 2013. He was born in Oklahoma City on July 1, 1944, to George Oliver Peck and Susie Juanita Foust-Peck. Wendell graduated from Capitol Hill High School in 1962. He retired from General Motors after 27 years as a Toolmaker. Wendell is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Janice Ann Gilley-Peck; his daughters, Cynthia Ann Peck and Christy Ann Peck, M.D.; his siblings, Eddie Peck, Myrna Peck-Nikkel, Carolyn Peck-Wilson and Charles Peck; three grandchildren, Dustin and Austin Argo, and Lyndsie Cornell; and many nieces and nephews. He will remain in our hearts forever. He was preceded in death by his father and mother. A celebration of Wendell's life will be held on Saturday, March 30, 2013, at 2 p.m. in the Chapel of Havenbrook Funeral Home in Norman.
