March 23, 1928 - Feb 13, 2014 OKLAHOMA CITY Hobart Harold Haynie went on to be with his heavenly Father on February 13, 2014. Harold was born in Garvin, OK on March 23, 1928, to Henry Bruce and Annie E. (Connell) Haynie and was one of 11 children. Harold married Betty Martin in 1951, and together, they moved to Oklahoma City, OK and raised two sons and a daughter. Harold went to work for Gilt Edge Farms in 1954 as a milkman and worked his way up to District Manager for the state of Oklahoma by the time of his retirement. Harold and Betty spent their retirement years in Newcastle, OK on an acreage where he loved to spend his days tending his cattle and working around in the barn. Harold was preceded in death by his wife, Betty. He is survived by his three children: sons, Joe and Richard Haynie; and daughter, Deborah Yandell; and their families. He is also survived by his youngest sister, Joyce Ritter. Funeral ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, February 17, 2014, at the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, with interment following in Resthaven Memory Gardens.
