Charles Nievez, Jr., 60, of Yukon, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2010, at Integris Canadian Valley Regional Hospital, Yukon, OK.He was born in Oklahoma City, OK on July 11, 1950, the son of Louise (Ortiz) Nievez and Charles Nievez, Sr. Charles graduated in 1969 from Mount St. Mary High School in Oklahoma City. He married Bambi Burroughs in April 1981 in Mustang, OK, sharing 29 years of marriage. He worked in industrial sales and was an avid OU fan, but above all he was a great family man. He will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved him. Charles is survived by his wife, Bambi of the home; son, Andrew Charles Nievez of Moore; daughters, Jennifer Leigh Kirk and husband Chuck of Tuttle and Crystal Maureen Nievez of Moore; two grandchildren, Connor and Chace Bringaze; mother, Louise Nievez of Okla. City; sisters, Stella Lodes of Okla. City, Rosalynd Marshall of Bethany and Linda Chapman of Okla. City; as well as numerous beloved nieces, nehews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Nievez. Wake Services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 1, 2010, at the Yanda & Son Chapel, with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, at St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church, Yukon.
