April 22, 1925 - Nov 1, 2012 BETHANY Mary Rose Vantree was born April 22, 1925, to William T. Bell and Mary Orpha Bell in Geary, Oklahoma. The family moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas, in her early teen years, where she remained until returning to Bethany, Oklahoma, in 1966. She worked for the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System and retired in 1994 after 20 years of service. She was an active member of Bethany First Church of the Nazarene until her health limited her ability to attend. She moved to Conroe, Texas, in September of this year to be near her daughter. She was privileged to enter the Lords gates on November 1, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents; and sisters, Mary Louise Guess and Lorraine Casper. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Billye and Roger Gosnell, of Montgomery, Texas; brother, Francis Thompson, of Port Orchard, Washington; and numerous nieces and nephews. Viewing will be Tuesday, November 6th at Mercer-Adams Funeral Service in Bethany, Oklahoma, with the memorial service at Bethany First Nazarene church Wednesday, November 7th at 2 p.m. She will be laid to rest at Fairview Memorial Gardens in Fayetteville, Arkansas, on Thursday, November 8th.
