June 12, 1951 - Jan 12, 2013 EDMOND Marlene Dean Neal, 61, of Edmond, OK, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013. She was born in Oklahoma City, OK, daughter of Jesse Don (J.D.) Davis and Ruby Dean (Chilton) Davis. Marlene graduated from Shawnee High School in the class of 1969 and attended Oklahoma Christian College (now Oklahoma Christian University) with a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology. She married Robert Nelson Baker, of Edmond, OK, in 1973. Marlene was an active member of Memorial Road Church of Christ, Dayspring Church of Christ, and Quail Springs Church of Christ. She married Victor Jerome Neal in 2002 in Edmond, OK. Marlene worked as a medical lab technician in both Mercy Hospital and Midwest Regional Hospital. She loved photography, travelling, and spoiling her grandchildren. Marlene was preceded in death by both of her parents; and is survived by her husband, Victor Neal, of Edmond, OK; her brother, Don Davis, of Georgetown, TX; her children: Leah Baker, of Oklahoma City; Joel Baker and Sarah Baker, of Yukon, OK; Camilla Neal, of Guernsey, UK; and Charlotte Murtagh, of The Isle of Man, UK; and five grandchildren, Kaelyn Wallace, Ryan Wallace, Emma Baker, Olivia Murtagh and Jacob Mutagh; and many other family and friends. Services will be held at Quail Springs Church of Christ in Oklahoma City on Wednesday, January 16, 2013, at 2 p.m.
