Obituary Condolences

Linda Sue went on May 6, 2005 to her heavenly home to spend Mother's Day with her mom. Linda was born on Oct. 29, 1948 in Enid, OK to Floyd and Annie Freeman. She grew up in Midwest City, OK and graduated in 1968 from Carl Albert High School. She married Gary Sorrells on August 18, 1970 with whom she had 3 daughters. She went on to become a police officer in Spencer OK. She held several positions such as juvenile officer, detective, sergeant, and lieutenant which was second in command. Since leaving Spencer she has worked as a captain for Wackenhut Security Corp., serving at several posts with her latest being at Dell Corp. She is preceded in death by her grandparents and her mother, Annie Freeman. Linda is survived by her father Floyd Freeman of Choctaw; 3 daughters; Becky Class and husband Mike of Spencer; Shelly Stover and husband Robert of Nicoma Park; and Kelly Hearn and husband Jamie of Arlington TX. Linda will also be missed by her grandchildren; Joshua, Brittany, Sydney, Sara and Madison. She is survived by 3 sisters and 1 brother: Grace Ann Man of Tishomingo; Katherine Dennis of Blanchard; Pam Williams of Jones, and Phillip Freeman of Newalla; as well as numerous other family and friends. She will always be remembered for her generous and beautiful heart. We will miss her laughter and never forget the love she gave. Services will be on Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at 2 pm at the Bill Eisenhour NE Chapel, with burial at Arlington Memory Gardens.
