ANGELICA - Clarence W. Cartwright, of 3950 County Road 15A, died Sunday (Dec. 8, 2013) in Noyes Memorial Hospital, Dansville.

He was born April 25, 1933, in Fillmore, a son of the late Laverne and Margaret Wambold Cartwright. On Oct. 25, 1956, in St. Patrick's Church in Fillmore, he married Mary McCarthy, who predeceased him April 18, 2004.
Clarence was a member the Short Tract United Methodist Church, and was a machinist at LeRoy Industries prior to retiring. After retiring, his hobby was carpentry.
Surviving are two daughters, Cindy (Bill) Reynolds of North Chili and Theresa (John) Barnard of Leicester; three grandchildren, Katrina (Forrest) Mengs and Joseph Reynolds, both of Rochester, and William Barnard of Leicester; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Cartwright; and two sisters, Eileen Cole and Norma Terry.
Family and friends may gather from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N. Genesee St., Fillmore. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday (Dec. 12, 2013) at the Short Tract United Methodist Church. The Rev. Gary Wickard will officiate. Burial will be in Short Tract Cemetery, Short Tract.
