CATTARAUGUS - Naomi Trinity Vazquez Santiago, 8, died Tuesday (Feb. 5, 2013) in her Main Street home with her family at her side after a lengthy illness.

She was born March 31, 2004, in Honolulu, Hawaii, the daughter of William and Lindsey (Spaulding) Vazquez Santiago.
Naomi was in Carly's Club with Roswell Park Institute and was involved with Camp Good Days and Girl Scouting in Randolph, as well. She enjoyed listening to music, singing and art. She loved being with her little sister, Ariana, and her dog, Princess.
She is survived by her father, William Vazquez Santiago of Killbuck; her mother, Lindsey Spaulding; her sister Ariana West; her stepfather, Joshua West of Cattaraugus; her maternal grandmother, Deborah Brown of Randolph; her maternal grandfather, David Spaulding of Jamestown; her paternal grandfather, William Vazquez of Colorado Springs, Colo.; and her paternal grandmother, Ana Louisa Santiago of Ponce, Puerto Rico.
Visitation will be held at the Hills Funeral Chapel, 55 S. Main St., Cattaraugus, on Saturday (Feb. 9, 2013) from 11 a.m. to noon, at which time funeral services will be held in the funeral chapel. Pastor Joseph Pascoe of Little Valley United Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Liberty Park Cemetery, Cattaraugus.
