FILLMORE - Shirley May Lilly, of 116 W. Main St., went home to be with her lord Jesus on Wednesday (April 24, 2013) at Mercy Hospital of Buffalo. She was born Oct. 24, 1935, in the town of Hume, a daughter of the late Duane and Beulah Hotchkiss Wolfer. On June 2, 1956, she married Lynn Lilly, who survives.

Shirley was a secretary at Fillmore Central School and was a graduate of Bryant and Stratton College in Buffalo. She was a member of the Caneadea United Methodist Church.
Surviving in addition to her husband are her children, Petra (Alfred) Plant of Buffalo, Dennis (Donna) Lilly of Arcade, David (Jennifer) Lilly of Madison, Ohio, Thomas (Sharon) Lilly of Rochester and Joellen (Robert) Janusey of McMurray, Pa.; eight granddaughters; two stepgrandsons; one great-granddaughter; two sisters, Suzanne (John) Kopler and Marya (Peter) Hinchey; two half-brothers, Gary (Kathy) Wolfer and Dale Wolfer; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may gather from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N. Genesee St., Fillmore. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday (April 29, 2013) at the Caneadea United Methodist Church. Pastor Ray Gilman will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Fillmore.
