GREAT VALLEY - Wanda I. Revetti, 85, of Great Valley, died Sunday (March 16, 2014) at Olean General Hospital.
Born on Dec. 29, 1928, in Bradford, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Doris Woodsmansee Schoch. She was married to Mr. Louis J. Revetti, who predeceased her.
She was a licensed practical nurse and had worked supporting several family businesses.
Wanda was a member of the Hildred Schoch Endowment Fund and Living Springs International, and she supported Disabled American Veterans.
Surviving are two daughters, Janis (Harry Letcher) Barczak of Great Valley and Donna (Wayne) Hettenbaugh of Randolph; two sons, Anthony (Peggy) Revetti of Salamanca and Daniel (Carole) Revetti, Leesburg, Va.; five grandchildren; a great-grandson; a sister, Phyllis (Harold) Buvoltz of Fredonia; two brothers, Robert Schoch of Akron, Ohio, and Maj. Carl Schoch, retired Salvation Army of Lancaster, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two brothers, George Schoch and David Schoch.
Friends may call Saturday (March 22, 2014) at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River St., Salamanca, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., when funeral and committal services will be held with Maj. Carl Schoch officiating.
Burial will be in Tug Hill Cemetery, New Albion.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to the Salvation Army, Overseas Child Sponsorship Bureau, P.O. Box C-635, West Nyack, NY 10994.
