KILL BUCK - Virginia "Ginny" Marie Hill, 61, died late Thursday evening (Aug. 7, 2014) at Olean General Hospital, following a long-fought illness.

Born Dec. 23, 1952, in Salamanca, she was the daughter of Carol Helen Schreckengost of Kill Buck and the late Edward E. Noyes.

She was married on April 13, 1974, in Limestone, to Mr. Edward S. Hill Jr., who survives.

She was employed as a customer service representative at Community Bank for more than 20 years, leaving in 2011 due to illness.

Virginia had a love for reading and dogs, especially Rex. She enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family.
Surviving, besides her mother, are a stepfather, John E. Blamble of Kill Buck; two daughters, Rachel M. Kelley of Kill Buck and Erin (DJ) Krug of Little Valley; a son, Edward (Mikelann) Hill of Salamanca; three grandsons, Ryan (Lauren) Dalaba, Randy Dalaba and Hunter Hill; four granddaughters, Richelle Dalaba, Makenna Hill, Hadleigh Krug and Cambree Krug; a very special new great-granddaughter, Alivia Jayne Dalaba; six stepbrothers, Raymond Wilson of Bend, Ore., Russell Wilson of Costa Mesa, Calif., Rodney Wilson of Henderson, Nev., Charles Blamble of Oakland, Calif., John Blamble of Virginia Beach, Va., and Robert Wilson of California; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by two brothers, Larry E. Noyes and Terry E. Noyes.

A memorial service will be held at noon on Wednesday (Aug. 13, 2014) in the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River St., Salamanca, with the Rev. Dennis Durfee, pastor of Home Care Hospice, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Heights Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to Homecare & Hospice, 1225 W. State St., Olean, NY 14760; or to the , 101 John J. Audubon Pkwy., Amherst, NY 14228-1198.
