FILLMORE - Martin 'Marty' D. Stull Sr., of 74 W. Main St., died Saturday (April 6, 2013) in his home.

He was born Jan. 24, 1948, in Rochester, a son of the late Ewell and Angela Rivers Stull. He married Linda Clouse, who survives.
Mr. Stull's greatest passion was the Boy Scouts. He was involved in summer camps and he was the camp director at Elk Lick Scout Reserve in Smethport, Pa., scoutmaster for Troop 747 in Fillmore and cubmaster for Pack 744 in Rushford, and was the Seneca District commissioner.
Marty also was a handyman working as a mechanic, electrician, working with HVAC, insurance sales and food service. Marty ran the restaurant which was owned by his mother known as Palmer's Dinette.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his children, Martin Stull II of Fillmore, Olivia (Dave) Makowski of Portageville, Shawn Stull of Fillmore, and Tim Gilmore, William Gilmore, Angela Gilmore, all of Texas; 13 grandchildren; a great grandchild; a sister, Mary Richardson of Rochester; two nephews, Ray (Kathy) Richardson of Rochester, Michael (Judy) Richardson of Fillmore; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends may gather from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the Kopler-Williams Funeral Home, 21 N. Genesee St., Fillmore. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday (April 11, 2013) at the Fillmore Wesleyan Church. The Rev. Bill Lawson will officiate. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery, Fillmore.
