In 1969 I was an English college student traveling the U.S. by Greyhound. At Thanksgiving I was at Bar Harbor- no vacancies! Frank Reisinger III`s girlfriend was running a girls only rooming house- she kindly gave me a room. The kindness and hospitality they both showed was wonderful- including hiring cycles and taking me to the top of Cadillac Mountain then freewheeling down. Frank even drove me to Newburyport on his way home. After 50 years I still have the photo of Frank on top of the mountain. I have never forgotten their kindness. Wonderful people.

We were saddened and shocked to hear of your Dad's passing. I was at Lord of Love when Frank was pastor. He was a funny, kind man. I hope good memories can sustain you.

Sarah - Thank you for your call. Your Dad was our Pastor and friend while at Christ the King in Denver. Pastor Bob Kuehner kept me informed as we grieved together through your Dad's illness and now his death. However, we know God loves us all. As we celebrate the birth of Jesus this week we also cherish fond memories of your Dad. Many of them make me smile. Holding you in prayer and love -

Sarah and Scot,
I was so sorry to hear that your Dad passed away. We had so many good times growing up and were so close since we were only a month apart in age. I am so glad that I got to see him at your grandmother's funeral even if he wasn't the old Frank that I knew. My deepest sympathy to you and your families.

I am so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I grew up with him on the Steuer farm and I have many great memories of him. I have not seen him in years. We use to all "hang out" with our one cousin Harold. We had alot of fun together. He could always make you laugh, he would help my Dad(his Uncle Carl) on the farm. Your family are in my prayers.

Dear Sarah and Scot,
Your father lived in the apartment connected to our house while he was a student at Geneva College. He was one of my parents' most favorite people. My mother and I were so pleased that Frank could attend the Geneva football game with my mother and me at which my dad was honored after he had passed away. My mother and I send our deepest sympathy.
