Jessie is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years Alberta; sons, Jessie L. Jr., Peris J., DeAndrew K. Stapleton, Omaha; Sidney E. and Mark Stapleton Hazelhurst, MS; Johnny Stapleton, Washington; and Jerry Stapleton, Texas; daughters, Evelyn Luker, Sheila (William) Gregory, Kathleen Louise Wilson, Joanne and Romona Stapleton, all of Omaha, NE; 60 grandchildren, a host of great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives and friends.
VISITATION and WAKE 6-8pm Sunday March 13, at Roeder Mortuary 4932 Ames Avenue. 402-453-5600. FUNERAL 1pm Monday March 14th at Roeder's Chapel. Internment Forest Lawn Cemetery.
