Born June 9, 1928, passed away peacefully on June 26, 2012. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 57 years, Sebastian "Subby"; daughter, Gerilyn Casey; brothers, Tom Kelley, Bill Kelley, Paul Kelley and Barney Kelley; and sisters, Katherine Foley, Pat Seanlan, and Claire LaHood. Survived by children, Terry and Kim Salerno of Missouri Valley, IA; Diane O'Malley, Omaha; Greg and Kylie Salerno, Omaha; Paula and Kirk Hansen, Omaha; son-in-law, Brian Casey, Omaha; Rob and Dede Salerno, Omaha; and Rick Salerno, Omaha; sisters, Sr. Maureen Kelley, Jacksonville, FL, Jerry Dunne, Charlotte, NC, and Margaret Wiltgen, Sioux City, IA; as well as sisters-in-law, Tena Southworth, Omaha, Martha Kelley, Santa Monica, CA, and Joan Salerno, Omaha; also twenty grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces. Born and raised in Omaha, Norita attended Sacred Heart High School, and was a member of The Omaha Assistance League; Essential Pregnancy Service (EPS); and many guilds at St. James Parish.
VISITATION will held on Sunday, July 1, 2012, 5-7pm, with a Wake Service with a Rosary Recitation at 7pm, all at John A. Gentleman 72nd St. Chapel.
