Council Bluffs. Passed away September 25, 2012. Timothy was born in Council Bluffs on December 10, 1950, and graduated from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1969. Tim served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War, where he received two bronze stars and was united in marriage to Pamela Ratliff on May 30, 1975. He worked as an Electrician out of Local IBEW # 22. Tim will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and Papa. He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Wallace; mother, Blanche (Donnelly) Morlan and her husband, Don; sisters, Jolene Wallace and Sandy Way; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Hershel and Josephine Ratliff; brother-in-law, Gene Ratliff. Tim leaves to mourn, his wife of 37 years, Pamela, Council Bluffs; sons, Eric (Allison) Wallace, Huntsville, AL, Aaron Wallace, Platte City, MO; two granddaughters, Sarah Grace Wallace, Anna Claire Wallace; brother, Michael (Barbara) Wallace, Council Bluffs.
VISITATION with the family, Friday 6-8pm. FUNERAL SERVICES Saturday 12noon, all at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel, Rev. Mr. Jim Madsen, brother-in-law, officiant. Luncheon will follow immediately at the Walnut Hill Reception Center. Graveside services Saturday 2:45pm, Oaklawn Cemetery, Oakland Iowa with military honors at the grave.
