Faust, Millie Lou  
Millie Lou Faust, 91, of Carlton, died June 22, 2016. A viewing will be Monday, June 27 from 12-7 PM at the funeral home. The funeral service will be Tuesday, June 28, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Fork Bethel Baptist Church. Interment in the church cemetery. Survivors include her children, Eddie Mae Wodden, Fannie Lou Smith, Harold Faust, Raymond Faust, Herbert Faust, Richard Faust, Johnson Faust and Henry Faust, Jr.; 16 grandchildren and 30 great grandchildren. Fleming, George C. - Carlton  
George C Fleming, 85, of Carlton, died, June 18, 2016. A viewing will be Friday, June 24, from 12- 7 PM at the funeral home. The funeral service will be Saturday, June 25, 2016,at 1:00 PM at Thankful Grove Baptist Church in Carlton. Interment in the church cemetery. Survivors include his wife, Mary Ella Fleming; children, George C Fleming, Jr, Wayne Fleming, Mary Howard, Dorothy Bonds, JoAnn Fleming, Brenda Fleming, Maxine Gresham and Belinda Fleming; siblings, Robert, John Willie, J.D., and Curtis Fleming; 22 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Folsom, Mary  
Mary L. Folsom, 74, a native Athenian, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2016. Born in Athens, GA, she was the daughter of the late Warren and Ettie "Pink" Lanier. She was a retired Clarke County School Educator for thirty years after receiving her Master's and Specialist's Degrees from the University of Georgia. She was a member of the Athens Area Cancer Auxiliary and First United Methodist Church of Athens, where she enjoyed serving others. She served for over thirty years as an Alumni of Alpha Gamma Delta Sorority in Athens, receiving the Diamond Pin for years of service. Mary enjoyed spending time with family and friends whether it be in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains or traveling together to see new places. Survivors include her husband of forty-five years, Henry; daughter, Cassie and brother, Warren Lanier. Graveside services will be Saturday, June 25, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Oconee Hill Cemetery. A reception for family and friends will immediately follow at The Sexton House. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or First United Methodist Church of Athens.
