Kathryn Lauren "Katie" Weber-Kuhl, 18 of Glenwood passed away Sept. 17, 2016 in Glenwood. She was born on Aug. 26, 1998 in Council Bluffs to Danny Joe Kuhl and Stevi Kristine Weber. Katie was raised in Glenwood and graduated from Glenwood High School with the Class of 2016. She was currently attending Iowa Western Community College and worked as a med aid at Linnwood Estates in Glenwood.
Preceding Katie in passing were her great- grandparents, LaVerne "Snookie" Utick; Paul Wagaman and Emory Kuhl. Survivors include her parents, Stevi Weber; Danny Kuhl (Candice); sister, Jacquelyn Weber-Kuhl; step-siblings, Marcus, Shayla and Chloe all of Glenwood; grandparents, Tim & Johanna Weber of Council Bluffs; Ervin Kuhl; Kathy Kuhl both of Glenwood; great-grandparents, Phyllis Kuhl of Pacific Junction; John Udick of Denver, Colo.; Mae Wagaman of Glenwood; Ray & Nancy Bernal of New Mexico; extended relatives & many friends.
A memorial fund has been established at Glenwood State Bank c/o Kathryn Weber-Kuhl Memorial Fund.
A vistation will be held Sunday, Sept. 25, 2016 from 5-7 p.m. at Holy Rosary Church in Glenwood. Services will be held Monday Sept. 26, 2016 at 2:30 p.m., also at the Holy Rosary Church. Interment will be held in the Glenwood Cemetery.
