Barbara Lynn Campbell

Campbell, Barbara Lynn went home to be with the Lord on Dec. 20th, 2013 in Fullerton CA. Over many months she fought a valiant fight with an undiagnosed neuromuscular disease. Barbara, along with her twin sister Bette, was born on August 27, 1950 in Los Angeles, CA to parents Mary and Max Wolfe.

Barbara grew up in Orange County California, graduating from Brea-Olinda High School in 1968. She attended Cal State University, Fullerton, where she received a BA in History and a California Teaching Credential. She then began the next chapter in her life, teaching middle school English in the Rowland Unified School District for more than 35 years.

Barbara's greatest source of joy was her two sons, Matthew and Todd Campbell. She was a loving, devoted mother and their greatest support throughout their young lives.

Barbara was preceded in death by her father, Max Wolfe; mother, Mary Wolfe; and aunts, Fran Phares and Genevieve Crooks.

She is survived by her husband of 32 years, Allen Campbell; sons, Matthew Campbell and Todd Campbell; sister, Bette Lovein; and nephew, Mark Lovein.

A memorial service will be held at Yorba Linda Methodist Church on Dec. 28th at 11:00 AM at 19002 Yorba Linda Blvd., Yorba Linda, CA. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to The Neuromuscular Disease Foundation or The at PO Box 650309, Dallas, Texas 75265-0309.
