Richard was such an inspiration to me! He encouraged my genealogy work along with my annual project of the Phelan Family Chronicles. I will miss him dearly!

Bishop Oyler was so kind, gentle and loving to me and everyone who was blessed to know him. He and his wife set a great example in their devotion to each other.
I am so sorry, dear family, for his passing and the sadness you all are feeling.
