Hill, Gertrude C., 95, of Orange, CA died on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 after a short illness. Born June 21, 1915 in Belvidere, IL. The daughter of Frank L. and Jennie E. (Frithioff) Brace. Gertrude married Marvin C. Hill, January 23, 1937. She was employed at Califoam in Irvine, CA and Mott Brothers in Rockford, IL. Survivors include son, Eugene (Sharon) Hill, Newport Beach, CA; grandchildren, Steven (Ann) Hill, Irvine, CA and Richard (Megan) Hill Larsen, Dana Point, CA; two great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation is from 8:30AM - 10:30AM, Saturday, September 11 with graveside service to follow at 11:15AM at Westminster Memorial Park, 14801 Beach Blvd. Westminster, CA 92683. Please accept my condolences on the passing of Gert. I remember her fondly. She provided invaluable companionship to my father Rollie in their senior years.
