EDWARD SANDERS Obituary

Sanders, Edward Harold "Sandy", passed away Monday, September 20, 2010. He was 84 years old. Born August 8, 1926 in Pelahatchie Mississippi, he served honorably in the US Navy during World War II and the Korean War, later attending UC Berkeley for engineering. He was married to his wife Zeletta "Lettie" Horton for 37 years before she passed away, and together they raised their two sons, Tim and Matt in Fullerton, CA. Sandy retired in 1986 from the City of Fullerton's Water Engineering Department. In November of 1988 Sandy married Mary Lou Gustafson "Lou" and were living in Fullerton, CA. He is survived by his wife, Lou of Fullerton, CA; his sons; Tim of Lake Elsinore, CA and Matt of Orange, CA; his step-daughters, Lizann Harrison of Seattle, WA and Karen Bowser of San Rafael, CA; grandchildren, Ashley and Jason Bowser and Austin and Olivia Sanders. A memorial service will be held 11:00 am on Monday, September 27, 2010 at Calvary Chapel East Anaheim, 5605 East La Palma Ave., Anaheim, CA 92807

This is to you all, from us, the family of Edward Harold Sanders....
I am the younger son, Matthew Harold Sanders, and my brother, Timothy Edward Sanders, My wife Debra and children, Austin and Olivia look forward to and appreciate all who sign here and can attend Dad's memorial service at Calvary Chapel East Anaheim this Monday 9/27/2010 at 11:00 AM.
We are all so sad and shocked at this unexpected and untimely loss of our Father. He was truly an example for me to strive to match.
