FRANCES SWINTON O'SHEA

O'Shea, Frances Swinton A long time resident of Newport Beach, CA, passed away August 11, 2010 at her daughter's home in Boulder Creek, CA. She was 93. Dearly beloved wife of Henry O'Shea who passed away November 2009. They were married 70 years. Frances was born in Carrington, North Dakota and was the last living sibling of seven brothers and sisters. She was an accomplished pianist and an exceptional gardener. She always listened openly, never judged and loved her family with her whole heart. Survived by daughters, Kathie McIntyre and husband David, Peggy O'Shea and life partner, Jim Hamilton and Mary Frances O'Shea; grandchildren, Tom Dahl, Tracey Thompson and Kelly O'Shea; great-grandchildren, Connor and Kelly Thompson and Harland Dahl. Mom has gone to join Dad. Our hearts are hurting but it is comforting to know they are together again as they wanted. No services are planned. Family and friends will gather at Thanksgiving in Newport Beach to honor Frances and Henry. If desired, memorial donations may be made to your local Humane Society.
