Fuller, Glen Elvin Sr., age 79 years, 5 mo., 7 days. Born December 25th, 1933 in Troy, Bell County, Texas; passed away July 18th, 2013 at Hoag Hospital, Newport Beach, CA from cancer at 4:55 P.M.|
Glen graduated from Belton High School, Belton, Bell County, Texas in June 1951, he enlisted in the U.S. Army shortly after graduation, he was sent to Fort Bliss Army Base at El Paso, Texas; for his 3 year tour of duty during the Korean War. Glen served in, A Battery 3 Gm BN, he was assigned to the Corporal Missal Project, as an instructor. He worked at Fort Bliss Army base, as well as, White Sands Proving Grounds, in New Mexico. While in the military he was trained in Electronics, which helped him with employment when he left the service. Glen was hired at Northrop Grumman Air Craft Corp. in Hawthorne, CA, April 1956; where he worked for 39 years; retiring July 1993 from the Focal Plan-O-Ray Project, Hawthorne CA, as a Senior Electrical Engineer.
After leaving the service he married, Virginia Lou Burnette of El Paso, Texas, his wife of 57 years. They have two children, Glen E. Jr and Charlotte L. Fuller; Glen and his family has lived in Garden Grove, Orange County, CA for 43 years in the same house.
Glen is preceded in death by his son, Glen E. Fuller Jr; his parents, W.D. & Cora A. Hall-Fuller; his brother and sister, Euel Fuller & Jewel Fuller-Atkinson; his brother, W.D. Fuller Jr. He is Survived by Virginia L. Fuller, wife; Charlotte L. Fuller, daughter, of Garden Grove, CA; Harlan Fuller, brother, of Temple, Texas.
