Ellis, Harry Olson, age 81, passed away on June 7, 2014. Survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Carole G. Ellis nee Lombardo; sister, Linda (Milo) Manden; children, Michele Wronski (Ronald Williams), Michael (Alison) Ellis, Connie (Roger) Francis, Harry (Judy) Ellis, Jr., and the late, William Matthew Ellis. Grandfather of twelve, great-grandfather of four and uncle to many. Born in Chicago to the late Lenore and Harry Ellis. Raised on the N.W. side, Harry Ellis attended Wilbur Wright College, worked two jobs while raising a new family with his wife, Carole. Mr. Ellis became a top salesman and owner of a Chicago binder company. Being a self-made man and wanting to get away from the cold winters of Chicago, he ventured West and moved his family across the country to California. Doing what he did best as a Salesman, he started a new company, "Coast Pneumatics". Mr. Ellis' wife noted a funny story where in the beginning a customer did not think Mr. Ellis would show up for his appointment that day due to rain, however, the other customer commented that when Harry Ellis says he is going to show up, he keeps his word and as usual, Mr. Ellis made his appointment. Because of Mr. Ellis' strong work ethics, "Coast Pneumatics" has grown and still thriving to this day. Mr. Harry Ellis has been a friend and a pillar of the community. Mr. Ellis always had a wonderful sense of humor and a great love for dogs, golf and his garden. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
