I was so saddened to hear of the loss of Jill. My memories of her go back to childhood & Bobby Sox softball. Although I haven't seen her for years, she was the kind of person you would never forget. My deepest condolences go out to the Douglass & Niles famalies.

My heart goes out to Jill's family for such a sudden and tragic loss. She will be missed by so many people who loved her she was a great friend a great mother and a fantastic hairdresser. We would exchange recipes while she cut and colored my hair and always made me feel beautiful when I left the salon. I will miss you Jill for a life time and will never forget you. God Bless he has a new Angel

Our hearts go out to Jill's family. You are in our thoughts and prayers, especially Preston whom we have known since preschool. Nora wishes you were all still at Hope View so you could be surrounded by ALL your friends.

Jill is one of the friendliest gals I have ever known. Jill always went above and beyond to make me feel welcome in her home. Some memories I have of Jill include her allowing our big baseball group to crash the Summerlane movie night with her family, hanging outside her house watching the kids play while enjoying a glass of red wine, and having her try to teach me how to do my hair like a stylist would (unfortunately I was unteachable). Although it had been quite a while since I hung out with Jill I ran into her at a local restaurant sometime in May or June. When she saw me and my sons she went out of her way to catch up with us. When I told my 12 year old son the news about Jill he stated, "Jill was the nicest friend's mom I ever met!" Coming from a kid, I think that's one of the best compliments you can get. Jill will be missed greatly but I know her bright light will continue to shine in those who were fortunate enough to be touched by her.

Many of our prayers have been in her name these passed few months. Only through Christ can one survive eternally. I have many fond memories with Jill as we grew up playing softball with fun.

You touched me as you touched everyone that meets you. Your warmth, your smile and the every lasting light in your eyes assured people that "life is good". All you had to do is tell one story of Preston, how proud of him you were and that feeling could be seen for miles, lifting you off the ground, radiating a glow that only mothers feel. You will always be in my heart, in all the memories. My thoughts and prays are with your family. You were taken too soon, but your light will stay in our heart and in Preston. I love you Jill, You’re a great Friend. I will miss you.
