KATHRYN JAGLOWSKI

Jaglowski, Kathryn (Kayti), was born on October 18, 1974 at Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego, California. She was named after her grandmother and mother. Kayti was the fifth of seven children of Stan and Suzanne Jaglowski. The family moved to Santa Ana, CA when Kayti was two years old. She attended Greenville Fundamental and McFadden Intermediate in Santa Ana and Costa Mesa High School. Kayti also enjoyed the arts and took ballet at the Salvation Army and played cello in school. As an adult, Kayti enjoyed visiting art museums. Kayti was active in FFA while attending CMHS and fell in love with pigs. She showed her animals at the OC Fair. Kayti worked for the Pacific Amphitheater, OC Fair, Arrowhead Pond, Staples Center, and Sears. She went to Chicago to train for her job with Sears and was thrilled with her first airplane ride and to see snow falling from her balcony in her hotel room! Kayti met the love of her life, Jim, while working at the Pond. They had been together for 11 years and resided in Huntington Park, CA. Together they enjoyed raising their dogs, Natasha and Ginger, visiting museums, and trying out restaurants. Kayti had a heart as good as gold. She was compassionate and would help anyone in need. She cared about her family, Jim's family, and her many friends. She spent many hours caring for her grandma Kay and enjoyed having lunch with her father. Many family members welcomed Kayti into her heavenly home where we know Jesus holds her safely in His arms. Kayti is survived by her parents, Stan and Suzanne; brothers, Joe (Tammy), Ed, Matt (Shirley); sisters, Sara, Jennifer and Elizabeth (Ed); grandmother, Kathryn Van Hook; longtime companion, Jim Whitehouse and his children, Paige and Adam; as well as many nieces and nephews. We love you and miss you so much "Kayti Bear". We know you are our special angel.
