Kenneth Melendres Obituary

Melendres, Kenneth W., passed away at age 58yrs, on October 19, 2010 after a brief battle with brain cancer. Ken grew up in Covina Hills, CA with his three brothers. After 20 years, he retired from Pacific Bell. He recently worked as a R.E. Appraiser and Electrician. Ken was an avid fisherman, snow skier, surfer and musician, loved his family, travel and church. Many enjoyed Ken's witty sense of humor and diverse talents. Ken's dedication to Alcoholic's Anonymous for 22 years has left an inspiration in the lives of many. Ken is survived by his wife of 16 years and his two daughters. A celebration of Ken's life will be held at Mariner's Church Chapel, November 8th, 2010 at 11:a.m., Irvine, CA. The family would be blessed to receive florals or donations to Vitas Hospice Charitable Fund, Irvine, CA.
