Cartwright, Lucy, 85, of Fullerton, died on December 30th, 2006, after a short battle with lung cancer. Lucy was at home receiving Hospice care and was surrounded by her family - sons, Don and Randy, their wives, Jenna and Junko and Lucy's sister and brother-in-law, Maria and Jim Swafford. Lucy was born in Virginia and is descended from a long line of Episcopal priests and bishops as well as U.S. President, William Henry Harrison and the family of George Washington. She will be remembered for her unwavering inclusion of all people as children of God and her devotion to family and church. A memorial service will be held Thursday morning, January 4th, at 10 a.m., at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Fullerton, 1231 E. Chapman Ave. Before her death Lucy requested that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to The Arthritis Foundation, P.O. Box 92680, Washington, D.C. 20077. McAulay & Wallace Mortuary (714) 525-4721
